All already scared about the birds coming with indestructible viruses??? I am disgusted with the latest news coming from every single media slave centre. Last one: “If the flue is coming, we are not prepared”. Are we ever prepared for something?? Of course we will not be protected, when the bloody Roche will not sell the patent to create the generic drug to treat those who will be affected, me, maybe you?? Maybe your friends. The UN should show now what it stands for, and not wait to see how many people die and then say that the WHO already warned of the dangers of the flu (in the usual way, i.e. Darfur). But, what the heck are they doing to stop it?? Did someone hear something about protective measures being taken in Africa, where the birds will emigrate in a couple of weeks??? Did someone hear about the priority scales when vaccinations and drugs will be distributed around the western “pole”??? The “avant garde” of the virus entered yesterday Greek soil, our health ministers are shaking already, with the possibility of loosing their political status. The EU has just become the most selfish and protectionist fortress of the world, and we just do not want to see it and admit it. Seriously, the latest debates just made me feel sick and wonder who is behind, which market groups are controlling our future and why some people want the bird flu to kill as many people as possible, with the consequent personal enrichment that that would imply. If someone has any suspicions, please let me know… In the meanwhile I will try not to panic and hope that the Finnish Health system does not forget my contribution to the country’s development when deciding those who deserve to be taken into the bird flu-proof bunker.
